To maintain service quality, resources are allocated immediately upon engagement, including personnel time, research, planning, and operational costs.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments are handled. By engaging NEXORYN SYSTEMS LLC and submitting payment for any service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

General Refund Policy

All fees paid to NEXORYN SYSTEMS LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written service agreement signed by both parties.

Once a payment, deposit, or subscription fee is processed, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for services that have commenced, are in progress, or have been completed.

Web Design & Website Development Services

Website design and development services require substantial upfront investment, including planning, research, design, development, and internal resource allocation.

  • All payments and deposits for website design and development services are non-refundable
  • Submission of payment confirms acceptance of the quoted scope, pricing, and timeline
  • If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, all fees paid will be forfeited
  • Any work requested outside the original scope will require a separate quote and additional payment

Client-provided materials such as text, images, data, credentials, or reference files are used solely for project execution and are not guaranteed to be returned upon cancellation.

Application Design & Development Services

Payments made toward application design, development, UI/UX, integrations, testing, or related services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any cancellation initiated by the client after payment will result in forfeiture of all fees paid, regardless of project stage.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Social Media Services

Payments for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Digital marketing strategy and campaign management
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) services
  • Social media marketing and management
  • Content marketing and performance marketing services

Marketing services involve ongoing execution, third-party platform dependencies, and variable outcomes. As such, once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including advance payments.

Setup Fees

Any setup fees charged for digital marketing, SEO, analytics, campaign configuration, software configuration, or onboarding activities are non-refundable. These fees cover initial setup costs and internal operational expenses incurred at the beginning of service delivery.

Staff Augmentation Services

Payments made for staff augmentation, dedicated resources, or contractual personnel support are non-refundable once the engagement period has begun. If a client terminates or pauses a staffing engagement, fees already paid will not be refunded.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients may be required to provide valid payment information to facilitate service delivery.

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior communication will result in immediate suspension of services
  • NEXORYN SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to halt work, revoke access, or withhold deliverables during a dispute
  • Clients are responsible for any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor or financial institution
  • Outstanding balances must be settled in full before services resume or deliverables are released

Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent termination of services.

Subscription & Recurring Services

For services billed on a recurring or subscription basis:

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Account Suspension & Termination

NEXORYN SYSTEMS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates agreed terms, engages in unlawful activities, or fails to meet payment obligations. Termination under these circumstances does not qualify for a refund.

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version of this policy.
